The shipping fees are fixed at a value of (3 Jordanian dinars) to all regions of the Kingdom, except for orders issued to Aqaba that need a crossing stamp where an amount of (2.5 Jordanian dinars) is fulfilled instead of a stamping crossing or according to the amendments issued by the Jordanian Customs Department regarding the value of These fees.

My order was delivered but I wasn't at home. what can I do?
If you are not present on delivery, please contact the shipping company and provide your tracking number and order number.
I have multiple orders on different approximate dates, will they be delivered together?
Each order will be considered as separate from each other. There is no guarantee that all orders placed at different times in the same shipment will arrive.
If cash is selected, both orders can be delivered at the same time if the invoice has not been previously invoiced.
Can I edit / change my delivery address?
After you place an order, you can modify / change the address by contacting customer service.
